Grandab Fastigheter started 2018 with the aim to acquire and manage office, residential as well as logistic and light industrial properties, that have a potential for development, in the western part of Sweden and up to a value of approx. 1 billion SEK.
Grandab Fastigheter is a joint venture between Grandab Management and Revcap, a leading independently owned European fund manager that targets small and medium sized real estate joint ventures.

Currently, Grandab Fastigheter’s assets consist of Värjan 16 in Alingsås (lease area 5 961 sqm) and Krokslätt 34:18 in Gothenburg (lease area 3 346 sqm).
